- MASONRY WALL CRACKS AND SEPARATIONS
- MASONRY FLOOR CRACKS
- WINDOW WELL SEEPAGE
- FIREPLACE & CHIMNEY
SEEPAGE
- BACKING UP OF FLOOR
DRAINS
- SEEPAGE FROM ANY THROUGH
WALL UTILITY (WATER, SEWER, ELECTRICAL, ETC.)
Kidd Construction
will also inspect the entire foundation for any signs of
advanced water deterioration such as but not limited to;
advanced water undertow, foundation shifting and cracking,
block strength, as well as for MOLD,
MILDEW, insect
infiltration and RADON!
